Summary: A direct sequel to It's Thin Line (between love and hate). At the end of that story, Barry and Eobard had negotiated a cease-fire to the centuries of hostility, but it doesn't last - not for an hour, or even a minute. At least not until a pair of happily married doppelgangers decides that enough is enough.

A/N: Written for Day 03 of Fic-Can-Ukah, for @Timeforalongstory (Kyele). They asked for the prompt: "What it Means to be Remembered" and EoBarry. This might not conventionally fit the prompt, but it is a story I know that they have been waiting for. Tangentially fits into the EoBarry Revealed 'verse.

There is a special joy in writing in a fandom that has time travel and the multiverse. You don't like the canon versions? Just invent new ones. Both sets of Eobards and Barrys are non-canon, although one pair is closer to canon than the other.

Title (and much of the mood of this story) was inspired by the Peter Gabriel song, Don't Give Up.

This went a little darker than I think they wanted, but it's all EoBarry, all the time.

The idea comes from Kyele, who has been such an awesome cheerleader for the EoBarry Revealed series, and I wanted to write something special to thank her for her support.

I freely own up to the ridiculous nature of this fic, it is the thirty-first wank fic I've written in the last thirty-one days and I am seriously wanked out. But it's been a hell of a lot of fun, and it's a good thing that the Month of May one comes (haha) once a year.
