Summary: In this alternate universe, Peter Burke is an FBI agent recovering from gunshot wounds, his career is on hold and he’s becoming frustrated with the lack of progress in his recovery. Neal Caffrey is not a con artist, forger and thief, but a veterinarian who is, himself, recovering from a terrible and abusive relationship. Peter, and his wife, Elizabeth, have a very special marriage – they have, on many occasions, let others into their life and their bed. Peter and Elizabeth have been gently wooing Neal, who wants to be part of their lives, but is still afraid to enter into any serious commitment. Elizabeth, who had initially pursued Neal, is now wondering if a relationship with the young veterinarian is right for her.

I was actually talking about organizing this year's tibbs_yuletide, which, really, is a lot of fun (no drama in my OTP corner!). But it's still a lot of work. :) It cuts into my writing time!!! :( And I have soooooooooooooooo many fics to write till the end of the year alone! *flails in panic*

I'm a big fan of AUs that are about the love of Neal & Peter and less so Elizabeth. I love a good OT3 story but I'm much more a Neal/Peter girl. :))))) This is part of why I love the Wonder Years 'verse so much and also loved your Don't Ask, Don't Tell AU story. I've read that one so many times, so I think I'm a little crazy, but did you re-use some porn from that story? ;p It's very nice porn :D but I was like "I could have sworn I read this before in that story...." but maybe I'm totally crazy!
