I have asked a friend to translate "Giant Floating Stone Penis" into French, as I suspect it will sound a bit less ... umm ... coarse? (As if OCP wasn't!)

So, I asked my friend Martine how she would translate Giant Floating Stone Sphere into French. And here is her reply, complete with (as I predicted), the question "On what?"

Une pierre géante de forme sphérique flottante (sur quoi?)

See, it's even more complicated than I expected. It's so hard to pile up modifiers in French. BTW, speaking of modifiers, the one you would want is pénienne. That's the silver lining, maybe - so much more elegant than our "penile," don't you think?

Oh, and I love the 2d installment even more than the first.

So, if I were to retitle my journal as "Giant Floating Stone Penis" in French, it would be...
Une pierre géante de forme pénienne flottante?

That's it. (You're welcome!) Too bad both nouns are feminine; if only one of them were masculine, the form of "flotant(te)" might clarify what exactly was doing the floating, never mind where.

One more question, if it was plural - because as good as one GFSP is - two or more might be better!

Ah, actually that would help, I think. I'm not 100% certain about the syntax, but Des pierres géantes de forme pénienne flottantes would at least make clear that it's Giant Penis-shaped Floating Stones rather than Giant Stones Shaped Like Floating Penises.
