Day 6 - In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it.

For years, I've been asking someone to make a vid of Tim DeKay/Peter Burke to the song "What a Mighty Good Man" (because he is). I'd like to amend that request to say I'd like a vid of either Tim DeKay/Peter Burke OR Jesse L. Martin/Joe West to the same song.

And if that's too much (I expect it is), I'd love to have some Joe West/Harry Wells (Jarrison) icons for my Birdsong 'verse

Day 7 - In your own space, create a fanwork. Make a drabble, a ficlet, a podfic, or an icon, art or meta or a rec list. Arts and crafts. Draft a critical essay about a particular media. Put together a picspam or a fanmix. Write a review of a Broadway show, a movie, a concert, a poetry reading, a museum trip, a you-should-be-listening-to-this-band essay. Compose some limericks, haikus, free-form poetry, 5-word stories. Document a particular bit of real person canon. Take some pictures. Draw a stick-figure comic. Create something.

How about a little snippet from a work in progress?

"You'll keep me safe."

"I will." Barry smiles and Eobard feels as if his world exists only in Barry's eyes. That is a very dangerous sentiment.

"So, shall we get started?" Barry stands up and takes off the robe he's wearing. The silk slips through his fingers and puddles on the floor. Eobard restrains a gasp when Barry bends over to pick it up. It's not that he's never seen Barry naked before - because he has, many times - he's just never seen Barry naked and in high heels. Barry has always been leggy, but the heels do something to those legs, emphasize muscles that hadn't been evident before.

And it doesn't help that Barry is shaved from ankle to groin. Eobard is intrigued by that smoothness. It is so incongruous to Barry's masculinity, which is still framed by masses of light brown curls.

Barry picks up the robe and tosses it on the bed, before giving Eobard a look. "Well?"

Eobard gets his libido under control, barely. They have work to do.

He takes Barry's arm and leads him into the bathroom. Barry's been practicing walking in five inch heels, but the carpet is still a tricky path to navigate.

"How do you want me?"

Anyway I can get you, Eobard thinks and while so much of their relationship is defined by the personal, this has to be kept professional. For his own sanity's sake. "Take a seat." He pulls out a small vanity stool and Barry follows his instructions.

Eobard readies his tools. "You'll need to keep very still. I wouldn't want to hurt you accidentally."

"But you'd enjoy hurting me on purpose?"

Day 8 - In your own space, make a list of at least 3 things that you like about yourself.

Oy vey. Do you know how much I hate talking about myself? But here goes…

1 – I like that I'm a liberal, culturally Jewish woman in her fifties, and that I am very satisfied with my life.
2 – I like that I am a prolific writer of fan fiction and that I have made many close friends because of my writing.
3 – I like that I am creative in ways other than writing and that I can share that creativity with my friends.

I have headcanon that Peter and Joe were roommates at the Academy at Quantico but Joe had to withdraw when Francine started having problems.

Also developing a story for a post-WC crossover with The Flash. It's still developing but it will feature Neal, a version of Harrison Wells, and the fact that the DNA test on Sam Phelps was not a kinship analysis (in other words, James Bennett is not really Neal's father).

I'm on board with anything that erases James tbh. But I think E2 Harry would find Peter annoying but admirable and vice versa. And Mozzie's reaction to the Flash verse :)
