I had just started capping Payback, when I got to a closeup shot of Matthew Keller's case file.

So, okay - either the White Collar prop peeps are (1) incredibly lazy or (2) they know we examine every scene with a scanning-tunneling electron microscope and are fucking with our heads. Or the third possibility is that someone's in cahoots with someone else.

I vote for they needed a case file with a photo in it but no one told them it would get a close up.

Yeah - and I bet if I go back and look at a still from the beginning of Withdrawal, I'll see the same file.
