It is, isn't it? I don't think sci-fi and fantasy novels get good (sexy) cover art any more. It all looks the same. If there's a woman on the cover, we get her backside, with lordosis and a tramp stamp. Or she's in a ball gown. Holding a sword. And it's AI generated.

One of the books I am planning to put up on my list in the next few days is an old sword'n'sorcery by one of the rare female authors of the 30s and 40s, C L Moore. The cover I recall from my teenage years was pretty silly but the one I have now... well, I like it! (And the stories)
