This was all over my flist last week. Thank you daria234 for actually including a link to the Trope Ranking Engine.



Somehow, I'm not at all surprised at the top two entries this ranking. Half my ouvre is "seemingly unrequited pining" and the other half is based on a "high school/university AU". I am surprised that "age difference" is so low on the list, since I do get off on the whole age difference thing between Peter and Neal (and even between Peter and El). Maybe it's the "(possibly due to time travel)" qualifier.

Thank you for the link. Some of the tropes on that list were surprising - selfcest was one of them.
