Er... I have three older sisters. With all the hand-me-downs, I got a lifetime quota of pink by the time I was 12.

I do like pink flowers; those blossoms are lovely. But anything else -- not so much.

I don't like can't stand pink, but like ara and maiac, I make somewhat of an exception for flowers. Well, wildflowers. I wouldn't intentionally plant a pink flower anywhere that I'd have to look at it. But if Mother Nature put it there, it stays there.

Same goes for purple, btw, though it's a little more tolerable than pink.

I grew up with a pink bedroom, pink kitchen (it was my mother's favorite color) and lots of pretty pink clothes. For decades, I loathed pink, but then... slowly, slowly I realized that I look good in pink and started incorporating it, bit by bit, into my wardrobe. Mostly as accessories (since pink goes very will with basic black).

No pink in my decorating, though. Peach, yes, pink, no.
