It's Bingo Season - Prompt Me Harder - Kink Bingo

I was a little saddened to hear that the mack-daddy of all fandom bingos, kink_bingo will be taking next year off, but given how much work the excellent mods have to put in to manage it, I can understand. I've got a really, really good card this year, and I'm pretty damn sure I'm going to be able to do a cross-bingo, but I might also try for a blackout, too.

Kramer knows that an anklet won't hold Neal if he doesn't want to be held and handcuffs are a joke. So he when he catches Neal with the Raphael, he slaps a pair of electroshock torture handcuffs that deliver both chemical and gas remotely. (These are actually available for sale.) Through the use of the chemicals, gas and pain he begins "conditioning" Neal to do anything and everything Kramer tells him without question.
