thanks for the heads up. at least they can write toward a real ending.

please don't spoil me; i am full season behind. i don't get this show in real time; that's just not possible for me. i'm buying all the dvd's though because we all love the show.

No, I won't spoil you...I haven't watched BN in about 3 years.

It's one of the few shows that my entire family has enjoyed, and I've committed (which is rare for me) to buying all the dvds, because we rewatch them. Based on what I've seen so far I think wrapping up at the end of s 6 will be a good choice for the story. If they do that they can avoid jumping the shark.

Awww, it's been fun... but I really can't complain, solid 7 seasons.

Of course, it's only fair White Collar gets at least 7 seasons as well, right? :P

I am sad - I loved BN in the early years - but I have found it pretty meh since Jesse joined the cast - not that he's unlikeable, just that the show lost it's focus.

I hope that White Collar can fulfill JE's wishes for an eight season run.

Yeah, agree, which is why it does make me a bit sad but still it's news I can live with. I remember when I first got into BN, they were in season 3 I think... took me less then a week to catch up :D Aaah, those were the times \o/

I feel the same way. First I was like "oh no!", but I enjoyed BN a lot more in the past. It's run its course, IMHO. I don't think I'll miss it like I will when WC ends.

My DH and I haven't watched it for several years although initally we loved. So it is time.
Heard CSI:NY is cancelled, will miss it and the actors.

That is such a fun show. And there's so little apart from the USA Network that's consistently clever and light and fun. *cries moar*
