Nostalgia/When We Were Young: Wonderful Years verse, present Peter and/or Neal remember something from the beginning while preparing for something different
Thrills: Flash, one of the team gets a taste of the speed force and gets a better understanding for either Barry or Eobard in the process
Someone is Disguised: set in an AU close to your Gloriana Verse; Neal and Peter are two noble men who meet at a costume ball, leaving them both fascinated of the other.
Enemy: try as he might, there's something about Eobard that fascinates Barry so much that he can't stay away from him (maybe an AU where the two are rivals in a scientific field)
Journalist/Chronicler:
(a) Peter Burke, journalist, gets the chance to do an interview with elusive Wall Street tycoon Neal Caffrey - and maybe a lot more (I'm thinking along the lines of 50 Shades, but that's just an idea)
(b) Peter Burke, journalist with the New York Ledger, is offered an unusual interview - with Neal Caffrey, a 400 year old vampire, who's ready to tell the story of his long life. (inspired by kan's glorious artwork Louis)
Hero: back in the day, when he and Peter were on different sides of the law, Neal accidentally saves El's life
Teacher: Barry is a Speedster, but his dancing qualities are less than stellar. With the annual CCPD ball on the horizon, Joe/Harry (with the rest of the team pitching in) tries to teach him some steps - heroic rescue and crime-solving interruptions included.
