Suprised that no one has commented on the title of the book Peter is reading "Paradise Lost". Just the title sums up both Peter's and Neal's life now. Not sure which way I want this to go, with Peter staying dark or finally (at least with Neal) lighting up. Neal could remind Peter of El with his dark hair, blue eyes, and intelligence. I can imagine Peter projecting the big bad wolf image as a form of self protection, isolation, and maybe a form of penance (doesn't deserve forgiveness/happiness/friends??). Although former Fed, it would be easy to think other immates "respect" his crime of killing his wife's killer. It would be ironic if it were Keller. ladyrose42-who forgot her LJ password, again!
