Oh so beautiful, as always. I think my favorite part, though, is this:
“I don’t know if it makes any difference, if it makes anything easier, but I would have been proud to call you son. You’re a good man, Neal Caffrey, never doubt that.”
That line made me want to cry. I think maybe Neal's been looking for a father figure for a long time, and still hasn't found one that fits. Keller, Adler, his own father. Peter (which just, no). I like that Hughes offers Neal what he's always wanted but didn't know to ask.
And of course, Elizabeth forgiving Neal is just precious. It ends like it always should for these three: part of a whole and whole because of each other.
