If ever I've pants a story - this is it. I went in with a vague idea - really to work out my own blocked head - that Neal was blocked because he was such a solid citizen now, and Peter (silly Peter) decides that the best way to unblock him is to commence an illicit affair (with El's approval, of course).
It was pure happenstance that I put him on the train to D.C., to consult with Art Crimes. And then Kramer showed up...
Yeah - that SOB is like nails on a chalkboard, but wouldn't you know? He did the boys a mitzvah! And even worms have their purpose.
