4 - Junk people called to clear out the rest of the crap in the basement: Yes
5 - Computer packed: No
6 - Cable and internet scheduled to be turned on in new house: Yes
7 - Mail forwarded: Yes
8 - New telephone service: Yes
9 - Central station alarm system to be installed: Yes
10 - Walk through of new house scheduled: Yes
11 - Gas and Electric turned on: Yes
12 - Insurance paid for: Yes
13 - NYT delivery address changed: Yes
14 - New Yorker delivery address changed: Yes
15 - Clothes and toiltries for four days packed: No
16 - Library located: Yes
17 - Cleaners scheduled: Yes
18 - Refridgerator cleaned: Yes
19 - Lots of miscellaneous shit that I'm forgetting: Most certainly

It's amazing how freaked I am about this... During my college and law school years, I moved regularly. Not talking about dorms - but in and out of apartments. This is the first time I've moved in 16 years, and it's like I've never done it before.

I'd panic, but I don't have the time.

I will probably do a tiny little dish on Tuesday just because I can't bear the thought of not doing it. But I'll probably be in radio silence mode until the weekend.
