The scene at the Burke's, there were moments in that where I was like, "I think I've written something very similar to this".
Yeah - I kept having that reaction too. I know I wrote a ficlet for MMOM 2012 where Elizabeth directs the boys in a porno for Sara ... and I had this brief moment of confusion when I couldn't figure out why they weren't in the Burke's bedroom!
The whole ep (except for the parts I've chosen to disregard) was so full of win. Even moreso because I went into it with a less than positive attitude.
And yeah - the noise, the expression on Neal's face when he pulls the hand off the baby. Sort of like the expression I made when the drill popped out of the baby's head.
