I'm sorry about the nightmares. :-( I know that kind in particular can take a long time to shake off, sometimes more than a day. HUGS YOU FIERCE.

Hot tea. Soothing music. Only write if, when, and what you want to. Otherwise, do whatever makes you feel a bit better. Even if that's just taking a walk or eating sushi for lunch or calling your sister or looking at Bomer pics for two hours.
