Kingsman Reverse Bang Signal Boost

On Day 12 of the snowflake_challenge, we were asked to create our own challenge and I decided that I wanted to run another Reverse Bang, but this time for Kingsman and to help create a presence for the fandom here on DW.

My frequent partner-in-crime and constant braintwin, anarchycox, said this interested her. So I dug out the exhaustive rules I'd created for the old WC reverse bang, did some editing, passed them back to Anarchy, who made some comments and suggested improvements, we brainstormed over the weekend, refined the rules, I set up the community here, she's signal boosting on Tumblr, and now we're ready to go.
