I think we all know by now that this is THE FLASHBACK EPISODE, and for the record - I'm not particularly fond of flashbacks as plot devices, whether in television, movies or literature. So I have fairly low expectations for the quality of the episode, the nekkid Matty dance aside.

But as I said to my friend jrosemary, I am like Ben Franklin - a pessimist who would prefer to be proven wrong and pleasantly surprised, rather than an optimist and be disappointed.
