LJ Help Request

I hate, hate, hate my journal style - but the thing is, I hate, loathe and despise the other pre-made styles.  I'm not terribly good with CSS, but I can code a bit if I know what I'm doing. 

Anyone on my flist willing to give me a bit of help?  Will be happy to pay in LJ time or otherwise (I am a jeweler by hobby, so you can haz sparklies if you want, too).
