I wish we'd gotten a reason or something for the Burke's remodel. It's beautiful but it is a huge, huge change.
It's almost like all the real life forced changes are supposed to be ignored. Like, yeah, okay, people, changes were made, we're a tv show you know that happens, just pretend they're not there. You KNOW why Natalie is gone, you don't have to know why Lauren is. The house is better, so... it just is, okay?
Lazy, lazy. :/ Then again, knowing the writers, it would have to be a big deal if they were going to explain it at all.
...so it was a nice reminder to see that El's first loyalty is always to Peter. She was not nearly as warm as she normally is with Neal, and I loved that!
