My thoughts are scattered and incoherent at the moment, especially on 3 hours sleep, BUT here's the thing that I loved most about the episode: the undercurrent of mutual respect and caring between Peter and Neal. The push and pull of their relationship in the context of their contradicting situations was so palpable; I really felt the struggle from both of them as Peter investigated Neal and as Neal considered and began planning his escape. It just made me ache for more Peter/Neal fics or Peter and Neal gen fics - I love both!
Other than that: excellent plot. The action was crisp and loved all the interactions between the characters. LOVED Neal fencing - SO SEXY.
