and really, plot is just as yummy as sex. especially if the fic involves both plot and sex. so if you end up starting with wank and expanding it into plotty epic, it's win win
and besides, in canon, i'm pretty sure the recent plots are based on peter and neal wanting to finish the case early so they can have sex ;)
