Hm, dubious about the new Jane Eyre. I, too, am passionate about the book, and the filmed versions just never seem to get it right. The many, many filmed versions. Sometimes I get on YouTube, pick a scene (e.g. the proposal), and watch as many versions as I can find. If only one could mashup this Rochester and that Jane...
