Never stop writing when your fanon gets destroyed (or Jossed by TPTB). There's a reason why it's called fandom and fanfic writing, if you're not writing to enjoy yourself you're doing something wrong:D
I'm thoroughly enjoying the paladin verse, however I think I haven't read them all in order so this bit was a bit puzzling for me haha.
