Status on Promptfest VI - Summertime Madness

My plan had been to run Promptfest VI - Summertime Madness until the end of July. But with the DDOS attack on LJ, I'm going to leave it opened for a few more days, just in case anyone wants to write a few more fills (and I absolutely encourage you to do so). It will close for purposes of prizes, at 11:59 pm, Wednesday, August 3rd.

Speaking of prizes, I'm finally ready to disclose what the winners will receive - a professionally printed book (printed through Blurb.com) with all of the winners' stories, illustrated with screen caps from White Collar episodes. This is a work that will take some time to complete - but I do promise to have it finished by the end of the year holidays.

I'll do another recap post this weekend and the final tallies will be posted on Thursday.

I would love to keep playing but the prompt fest thread won't load for me. :/ Ah well. I'll try to finish up my Peter story.

Maybe you could email me the first three segments to the Peter story? I had to reformat my computer and I lost everything. /woe
