I agree with you about R/R - she is definitely the best villain the show has ever created. Keller was good, but he was obvious, Kramer was good, too - but not like this. From the beginning, I couldn't trust her, but I couldn't say why. (Bravo to the showrunners for never spilling the beans about her).
I don't agree with your assessment of Peter. I don't like the way he's behaving (because I am so invested in the relationship) but I understand it. I'm going to reserve my comments on that subject until after the season ends, because I'm building a meta in my head and it's still in the formative stages.
I wonder about Neal's childhood file - that seems like both a throwaway line and something portentous.
