Okay - help me with the math.

Filming's starting 1.5 months later that usual.
They are breaking for at least 1 - 1.5 months to let Matt film the first part of TNH.

They usually finish filming the last week in August/first week of September.

SO...

Filming will now run 2.5 to 3 months later, correct?

TURTLENECKS ANYONE???????

Has it been confirmed that TNH will be shot (at least in part) during the hiatus? I'm guessing they'll have to do it in two parts so Matt can lose weight for the second half of the movie (which, ZOMG, I don't even want to think about! D:)

It has been confirmed that the first part of TNH will be filmed in July/Early August, then several months for characters (Matt's) to lose a god-awful amount of weight.

Ah, good to know! Though damn it, bad timing. So much for taking a short trip to New York as a birthday pressie (my b-day happens to be July 31). *shakes fist* LOL!

Seriously, the mere thought of Matt losing so much weight makes me freak. O.o All I can think about it Tom Hanks in Cast Away, but at least he had a bit of padding all around at the beginning. Or Matthew McConaughey not too long ago. *shudders* *clings to beautiful, sexy, well-toned Matty*

Every time I watch the pilot with commentary (which is waaay too often to be considered sane or healthy *g*), I could smack Matt upside the head and tell him to shut up when Tiffani half-jokingly asks him if he has like five percent body fat and he goes, "Ah, it's all just smoke and mirrors." Seriously, Matt?!

I wonder if Neal is going to show signs of weight loss by the time WC shooting draws to a close. I mean, Matt can't lose x pounds in a week or so, after all, at least not enough pounds to really make him look sick. *ponders possibilities of h/c fic*

I'd love to come and meet up! (and grope Matty's ass *g*) I'm still supposed to visit a friend in CT and I always said I'd do so during Indian summer. NY isn't that far away from where she lives... *ponders*

No, Connecticul is just over the Long Island Sound and not far away at all. You could also stay with me (I'm about an hour by train from NYC).

Yeah, I'm kind of confused. The last article I saw said TNH was filming the first part in late June & July. And then there was that Omaze contest that had WC starting in April. Was there new news on TNH? And of course I trust Tim - he must know when they're starting.

Whatever they do, Matt will be a really busy boy this summer/fall.
