I haven't read this yet - though I will - but this part of the summary cracked me up:
Neal and Elizabeth are glamorous, charming, Post Docs in Physics
My father is a physics professor, and I edit his students' theses, his group's papers, proposals, et cetera. (Obviously, I don't change the content; I usually have very little idea what I'm editing. I just fix the grammar, which is usually atrocious. To be fair, 99% of his graduate students and postdocs do not have English as their first language. Mostly, they are Chinese and Korean.) Anyway, what made me laugh was that in all my years of working for the department - I started in high school - I have yet to meet anybody glamorous and charming! Sure, some of the students are very sweet, but (at least the ones my father recruits) are all totally socially awkward workaholics!

And now, I shall go read the story!
