I think the times that Neal's anklet is brought up in public (the classroom where Peter says "I wear a badge, he wears a tracking anklet") you can really see a whisper of emotion that passes over Neal's eyes (well done Matt).
Meanwhile, this is just excellent--I love how you convey the flash of bitterness from Neal as he explains that he'll never be an agent, and that being a CI isn't catching.
Despite what Blake thinks, though, I didn't get the impresion Blake really was the butt of a joke. I got the impression it was just an oversight--especially since Peter, Diana and Jones all think of Neal as part of the team (even if Peter and Diana remind him of the anklet.)
