*eyeroll* I wonder if Neal has ever had a pet before, and I'm guessing the answer to be 'no' - at least when it comes to a pet that's solely his to take care of.

This was cute & funny, and I rather like the idea of Neal setting out on a (doomed!) crusade to get the Burke household to live up to his idea of a high quality lifestyle.
