Great chapter. I feel so badly for Neal--being afraid to leave the safe haven (even if it comes with yucky food) of the hospital. And poor El--if only we could all have the hindsight to not make some of the inadvertently foolish mistakes we make. Hopefully, they'll all be able to help each other on the long road to recovery.
