I just came across this story earlier today, and tried to interest my dad in it (I'm in Colorado visiting), but he didn't seem to get it. How could anyone not be moved by it, I'd like to know. Oh, well. I loved it, and was also moved to tears. Like you, I'd been following developments for a while.
