There are screencaps of him naked from TMYLM, and he's a bit of a chunky-monkey there (even a bit of man-boobage). None of that anymore...he looks as hard as the proverbial rock.
I think the others arrived late because they were filming that day. I know that they had moved the time to 7:30 because of the production schedule.
