One of the challenges (the joy and the difficulty) of writing a series out of time order is dealing with what you've already written. When I started out, I cursed myself for making Neal an office outcast in "What Doesn't Bend, Breaks" but as this story progressed, I was glad I did.
Their lives would be too charmed, otherwise.
And their home life - it's my favorite part of the 'verse. I love being about to create something that is consistent with their canon personalities, but also original.
