I think I know what you mean; whenever I actually start to get urges to write for a series I get really compulsive about rewatching certain things so it at least feels right to ME. Then you kind of just hope other people enjoy your vision. XD

This is also making me want to actually comment in this fandom, and not lurk stupidly. Even if I never write anything.
