I read this yesterday, but was too gawked to actually write a comment.

This was brutal in a frightfully believable way. From the way Collins was presented in the first ep I can absolutely see him being this sadistic. And, I can also completely buy Neal pushing Collins to act on it in order to get him on tape.

The most compelling parts of this story come from Neal's internal dialogue during the torture. I hurt for him so much.

Oh Neal always getting yourself into messes. Oh Peter always saving Neal from his messes.
