Oh, you nailed Collins right on the spot. He's gotta be the worst villain ever. No rules, no regard for antthing, just anxious to make Neal his next trophy on the wall :( Which makes this story even more believable. Poor Neal. The part where Neal is holding on to the memory of Peter is my absolute favorite, it's so heartbreaking, like the simple thought of Peter's arms around him is enough to protect him from the hell Collins is putting him through. Awwwwww...
Now I can't wait for the comfort part!
