It's jet lag, of course! I always have it bad flying east. The 6-hour delay getting back didn't help - by the time we actually left, I was so exhausted that I slept on the plane (for a given meaning of "slept" - still, unheard of, for me), and I think it threw off my bioclock even more than usual.
