You Know What They Say About Not Shopping When You're Hungry?

Well, the same holds true when you're thirsty.

Went to Costco during my lunch hour, all I needed was toilet paper, smoked salmon and some fruit.  What I bought was:

1 case of Seltzer
1 case of Pelligrino Peach Soda/Orange Soda
1 2-bottle pack of Mango Smoothie
1 2-bottle pack of Berry Smoothie
1 gallon jug of organic Apple Cider (I actually contemplated the organic Orange Juice but declined)

Plus said TP and lox (and no fruit).

I was very thirsty from my bowl of noodle soup a/k/a the vaguely chicken flavored salt wash.

Other random thing.

I finally figured out how to post a multi-entry story without all of the parts spamming your flists.  I need to ticky the "Date Out of Order" option (click on the "Edit" button next to the date in your entry).  You don't have to change the date, simply selecting Date Out of Order means that the item doesn't show up in people's flists.  So very easy when you want to post multiple chapters on the same day and not annoy your friends.

A) LOL on the thirst. If I feel that coming on, I'll go ahead and crack open a (beverage of choice here) in the store, so that all I end up paying for is that one illegal indulgence rather than forty times that in legal ones. ;-) Also, mmmmmm lox......

Lol, shopping when hungry or thirsty is a dangerous game... or when angry I've found (for the record, you end up with a lot of wine, chocolate and cigarettes).

And I don't think I've ever used the date out of order thing without entering a date. That should come in handy for the future!

I'm not sure I ever had the thirsty when shopping phenomenon, but I certainly know the hungry when shopping one. I hate grocery shopping on principle. Don't even know why. Always try to put it off until I can't because fridge = gaping emptiness. What I hate even more is pushing the shopping cart. Uhm, yes, I'm weird. :-P

Ok firstly.. XD hahahahahaha.. poor you and poor Costco!

Secondly.. Yea the 'date out of order' thing is really convenient. :)

And lastly... yeah JE has (or others have) deemed him[self] "The Slash King"... And yea even though there are current issues personally.. I will admit that he is pretty cool in that area. If there really is a slash fic eppy I think I would die.. literally! XD
