My friend, jrosemary nearly had me going there. A few nights ago, we were chatting and out of the blue, she says...

"Polyamory is wrong."

Now Jrosemary knows I ship P/E/N (we bonded over fic), and I know she slashes Peter/Neal without destroying the canon relationship, so I'm like O_o, WTF?, huh?

She points me to THIS, and I bust a gut.

I was going to say, English is such a mix of Greek, Roman and anything else you want to toss in for good measure, that Polyamory just makes sense from an English stand point. I've always thought of English as sort of a mutt language! :-)
